Muscle Phobia? 

      Know the difference. 

Many women are so scared to lift too much because they think they will all of a sudden look like men the next day. Honestly, It takes so much time to develop a little muscle, much less will you look like a body builder if you lift enough to tear your muscles a couple of times. These women are completely dedicated to lift every day. So don't be scared to lift weights, sure you'll feel a little muscle on you, but i promise you itll be a whole lot better than being flabby. Once you start seeing muscle weight develop and overriding your fat percentage in your body, you will love the results and start wanting to get more muscle on you. Im telling you this, because it happened to me. After wrestling season, i started observing my body and seeing how much it changed, and honestly i loved it. Its when i started wanting my body to be more than ok. Meaning I still haven't reached that goal I want, but im on the way. Abs for example, are the sexiest muscles women could have. Going above and beyond your workout routine and finishing it is extremely important to make a
difference. Swiching it up on your workout schedule will make a battle workout for your body by getting it off gaurd to what your body thinks its about to do. Don't do the same routine for over three weeks and i promise you will be closer to the body you want. you can do it, just take the right steps. Remember, being a strong women takes hard work and dedication.
